These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Chlorisa website and your purchase of products from Chlorisa. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We sell live plants and live animals (including aquarium plants, terrarium plants, fish, isopods and springtails), along with hardscape, substrates and accessories.
Because these are living things, natural variation is normal. Size, shape, colour and leaf count will differ from the photographs shown, which are representative rather than exact. Hardscape items such as driftwood and rock are unique pieces.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details — we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or phone number.
We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the packed weight of your order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if pricing or stock information was published in error, if we cannot service your delivery area, or if weather conditions make it unsafe to ship live specimens.
Stock levels are updated as orders are placed, but in rare cases an item may become unavailable after you order. If that happens we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund for that item.

Live goods cannot be returned for hygiene and biosecurity reasons. Our claims process for damaged or dead-on-arrival items is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Reviews may be submitted by customers who have purchased the product. By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on our website alongside your first name. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or unrelated to the product.
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, interfering with site security, or using it for unlawful purposes.
All content on this website — including photographs, product descriptions, branding and page copy — belongs to Chlorisa unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by failure to follow care instructions after delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
