We collect only what we need to run the shop:

• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Order and delivery details — shipping address, phone number, and where you opt in, your WhatsApp number.
• Order history — the products you purchase, order values, and any reviews you submit.
• Technical data — limited request information such as IP address, used to protect the site against abuse.

We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking details. All payment information is handled directly by our payment gateway.

• To process, pack, and deliver your orders.
• To send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and password resets.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To display reviews you choose to submit (shown with the name on your account).
• To protect the website against fraud, abuse and automated attacks.

We do not send marketing messages unless you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the shop, and only to the extent needed:

• Courier partners — your name, delivery address and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
• Payment gateway — payment processing is handled by our gateway under their own privacy policy; we receive only the payment status.
• Email service provider — to deliver transactional email.
• Hosting and database providers — to store the data that runs the site.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and are never recoverable in readable form. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised administrators.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and to meet tax and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your account at any time; we may retain minimal transaction records where the law requires it.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart. These are required for the site to work and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for optional communications. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Our website is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
